About the role

We are seeking Receptionists or Front Desk Extraordinaires to join the Team at Sydney Harbour. This role involves helping us create a friendly and cheerful atmosphere, responding to guest inquiries with knowledgeable local advice and recommendations, managing efficient check-ins and check-outs.

What are we looking for

• Previous experience in front desk, reception or customer service in an accommodation setting
• Genuine happy and positive energy to bring to our team and our guests
• Good time management skills and commitment to following policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our guests and team
• Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
