We are seeking a dedicated Front Receptionist / School Administrator to join our foundation team. This is a special opportunity to play a vital role in the establishment of our school community, providing a warm welcome to families and visitors, and supporting staff and students through high-quality administration and office support.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact at St Padre Pio Catholic Primary School, you will be the welcoming face of our community. Your role will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities including:

• Greeting and assisting students, families, staff and visitors at reception
• Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
• Monitoring student attendance and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating and caring for students in the sickbay, including administering first aid and medication as required
• Work closely with and support the Office Manager
• Providing administrative support to school leadership and staff
• Supporting the smooth running of daily school operations
• Be open to providing some classroom support (LSO work) if required
• Work alongside and in conjunction with MACSEYE admin staff

• Able to multitask in a busy school environment
• Proficient in general administration systems (experience with school systems is an advantage)
