Job summary

Brisbane BMW | Sime Motors Australia is looking for a polished, people-first Receptionist (Casual) to join our front-of-house team. You’ll be the welcoming face, manage calls and guest inquiries, and support coordination of OEM training with attention to detail.

This role suits highly organised individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments and delivering seamless experiences. Availability every Saturday is required, with penalty rates applied.

Qualifications

• Experience in a reception, front-of-house or administrative role.
• Exceptional communication skills and a warm, professional presence.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask with ease.
• A proactive mindset and high attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
• Available to work every Saturday - penalty rates apply!

The Role
