Job summary

Regis Resources is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant for our Subiaco corporate office. You will deliver front-desk reception and a wide range of administrative support to multiple business units.

The role is full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, based in Subiaco, WA. You will report to the Executive Assistant and play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a busy office environment.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to quickly learn INX and Pronto.

Responsibilities

• Providing a full suite of front office reception services.
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel.
• Receiving and distributing incoming mail and arranging the despatch of outgoing mail.
• Booking meeting rooms and arranging appropriate catering requirements.
• Maintaining appropriate records such as updating internal telephone directories and staff security pass register.
• Processing requisitions and purchase orders for Subiaco office teams.
• Preparation of credit card reconciliations including obtaining receipts and authorised signatures.
• Making travel bookings using the online booking system.
• A broad range of other administrative tasks as directed.

Job Description

The opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join the team at our corporate office in Subiaco.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a reception service to the general public, company visitors and staff. You will also provide a wide range of administrative functions to support various business units and departments.

This is a full-time permanent role, working standard office hours from Monday - Friday.

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, within a busy office environment
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office with the ability to quickly learn other software programs such as INX and Pronto
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and unsupervised
