About the Role

This part-time role is vital to the smooth operation of the Melbourne office. This role works alongside our main receptionist managing reception duties, supporting the Retail and People & Culture teams with administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient office operations. Responsibilities involve creating a welcoming reception experience, providing accurate administrative support, and maintaining a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will enhance office efficiency, support team activities, and uphold a culture of safety and organisation.

What You’ll Do
  • Take full ownership of reception duties on Mondays, including greeting visitors and maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception area.
  • Assist the Melbourne receptionist during peak times, such as Board meetings and Roadshows, to handle increased visitor activity.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, manage meeting room reservations, resolve scheduling conflicts and process and reconcile corporate credit card expenses for the Retail and People & Culture teams
  • Regularly check and restock printer paper, stationery, and kitchen supplies.
  • Monitor and manage the Melbourne Office inbox, promptly addressing inquiries.
Your Experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a receptionist in a corporate setting, engaging with all levels of the organisation, including executives
  • Good Microsoft Office experience, time management skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask while staying extremely organised
  • Post-secondary education, administrative and secretarial qualifications are desirable.
