  • Previous reception or customer service experience is essential.
  • Veterinary industry reception experience is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm and professional approach.
  • Confidence managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering outstanding client care to patients and their owners
  • Managing client enquiries professionally in person, by phone, and via email
  • Supporting the day to day appointment and admission schedule
  • Completing general administration and clerical duties
  • Taking payments and managing invoices and accounts
  • Ensuring front of house areas are welcoming, clean, and organised
  • Assisting across different areas of the hospital as required
  • Working collaboratively with the clinical team to support exceptional patient care

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the smooth day to day operation of the hospital.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys building relationships with clients, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
