Job summary

Ingenia Communities in Hervey Bay is seeking a Reception / Front Admin Officer at the Hervey Bay Lifestyle site. You will greet guests, handle enquiries, payments and day-to-day admin, ensuring a warm, professional first impression.

Reporting to the Community Manager, you’ll support daily operations, manage calls and emails, maintain records, and assist with tours and site presentation. Previous reception/admin experience and strong computer skills are essential; a friendly, proactive team

Qualifications

• Proven reception or administration experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with office systems.
• Excellent organisation and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and residents, handle enquiries and payments, and manage day-to-day admin.
• Maintain calls, emails and records; support daily operations onsite.
• Assist with site tours and ensure a clean, well-presented environment.

We’re on the lookout for a Reception / Front Admin Officer to join our team at our Hervey Bay Lifestyle site.

Reporting to the Community Manager , you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents and having fun while doing it!

In this Role, You’ll

• Be the friendly face of the community, welcoming guests and residents and creating a positive first impression
• Help guests and residents with enquiries, payments, requests, and day-to-day support, always with care and professionalism
• Keep things running smoothly at reception by managing calls, emails, records, and general admin using computer systems
• Work closely with the team to support daily operations, respond to issues, and ensure everyone enjoys a great experience onsite
• Take pride in the community by assisting with site tours, reporting issues, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented environment

You’re Likely a Match If You

• Have proven reception or administration experience
• Are confident using computers and everyday office systems
• Have strong organisation and decision‑making skills and can work independently
• Communicate clearly and provide great customer service
• Are a proactive, well‑presented team player who enjoys working with people
