Dairy Australia is seeking a friendly Reception & Facilities Coordinator to shape a welcoming workplace in our Southbank office. This 12-month fixed-term, part-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm, onsite, with a possible job-sharing arrangement.

Your opportunity
We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Reception & Facilities Coordinator to help create a welcoming, professional and positive workplace experience for our people, visitors and stakeholders. This is a 12-month fixed-term, part-time opportunity, working onsite Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3.00pm. This role is also open for Job Sharing - 2 or 3 days per week - please advise in cover letter if interested in job sharing.
As the first point of contact for our Southbank office, you'll play an important role in shaping the experience of everyone who walks through our doors. You'll balance reception responsibilities with facilities coordination and provide administrative support to our People & Culture team.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in creating great experiences for others and loves being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
