Your Role with Us As the face of our business, you’ll be the first person our employees and visitors interact with, whether they're attending a meeting or interview. As part of the workplace experience team, you will support the team’s leaders by ensuring everything runs smoothly. From handling admin tasks to managing maintenance requests and coordinating contractors, you'll be juggling various responsibilities, all while building strong relationships with stakeholders at every level. Your adaptability and confidence will help keep the office running like clockwork! You’ll also manage deliveries, assist with new employee starter packs and handle building passes.

If this sounds like something you’d love, we’d be excited to hear from you! No previous reception experience is necessary, we will teach you what you need to know. Just a heads up: this role is Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8am to 4pm.

What you will do:

  • Provide friendly assistance to internal and external stakeholders arriving at the office.
  • Ensure visitors sign in and the reception area is well-presented.
  • Manage mail and parcel distribution across the office.
  • Assist with new staff onboarding, including preparing welcome packs.
  • Log maintenance requests and manage contractors on-site.
  • Collaborate with the Workplace Experience team to create a great office atmosphere.
  • Ensure reception coverage and manage security passes.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks, office fit-outs and events.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the security team and ensure smooth handovers.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and able to take initiative
  • Attention to detail & ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Bonus points if you also have:

  • A year or more in a reception, admin or EA role
  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
