Job summary

Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking a hands-on warehouse team member in Armidale. You will receive goods from deliveries, unpack and check items, and move stock from pallets to the dock and shop floor, ensuring delivery accuracy and smooth stock flow.

The role requires safety-minded, detail-oriented teamwork, with Monday–Friday shifts including late starts. You’ll benefit from store discounts across Spotlight brands and in-store training to support growth.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/retail experience preferred.
• Forklift license is advantageous.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, with late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods from deliveries and move products within the warehouse.
• Unpack and check deliveries, organizing stock in the dock area.
• Enter items into the inventory system and coordinate replenishment.
• Maintain stock accuracy and track faulty goods and credits.

About The Role

• Receive goods from delivery trucks, at times using an electric walkie stacker
• Unpacking, checking, and moving products from boxes and pallets
• Assuring the accuracy of delivered goods and quantity from the warehouse
• Enter stock received into our inventory system
• Organise and improve product storage in the dock area
• Coordinate daily replenishing of stock from the dock to the shop floor
• Keep track of faulty goods & credits from suppliers

What We Are Looking For

• Self-motivated team player with strong safety awareness
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable communicator
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Warehousing/retail experience preferred
• Available Monday-Friday, including late shifts
• Australian work rights
• Forklift license (advantageous)
