Job summary

Anaconda Group is opening a brand-new store in Corio, VIC and seeks a Receiving Sales Assistant to help manage deliveries and stock flow. This full-time role offers steady hours, Monday–Friday, with involvement across dock and shop floor tasks.

You will contribute to item checks, data entry, and stock organization while supporting multiple departments. Retail/warehousing experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Receives goods from deliveries and checks quantities.
• Verifies delivery paperwork and product type.
• Maintains accurate stock in the system.
• Operates in dock and shop floor coordination.
• Experience with walkie stacker equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods from delivery trucks and unpack stock.
• Log received items into the inventory system.
• Organise storage in the dock and replenish shop floor daily.
• Coordinate with departments for stock needs and returns.
• Support in different store areas and ensure accuracy.

About the role:

• Full time position: Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week.
• Receive goods from delivery trucks, at times using an electric walkie stacker
• Unpacking, checking, and moving products from boxes and pallets
• Assuring the accuracy of delivered goods and quantity from the warehouse
• Enter stock received into our inventory system
• Organise and improve product storage in the dock area
• Coordinate daily replenishing of stock from the dock to the shop floor
• Keep track of faulty goods & credits from suppliers
• Supporting in different departments across the store

What We Are Looking For:

• Self-motivated team player with strong safety awareness
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable communicator
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Warehousing/retail experience preferred
• Available Monday-Friday, including late shifts
• Full working rights within Australia
