Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Certificate of Registration.
• Current NSW Driver’s License and access to a suitable vehicle.
• Experience working in a sales and target-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage buyer relationships and conduct open homes/private inspections (including Saturdays).
• Attend property-related appointments (photoshoots, staging, valuations, etc.).
• Prospecting and lead generation (including letterbox drops and door knocking).
• Maintain and grow database.
• Coordinate client meetings and bookings.
• Support marketing and compliance administration for property sales.
