Job summary

Stockdale & Leggo Drysdale is seeking an energetic real estate sales assistant to support listing campaigns and vendor management. You will handle prospecting, buyer management and inspections, contributing to successful sales as part of a field-based team.

In this client-facing role you will coordinate advertising and marketing materials, manage CRM records and assist with settlements. A proactive, professional attitude and current Victorian eligibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential real estate sales or sales support.
• Ability to manage campaigns from listing to settlement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to handle competing deadlines.
• Proactive, professional and coachable approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales, administration and campaign support to the Director.
• Prepare listing presentations, appraisal documents and marketing proposals.
• Coordinate property campaigns from pre-market prep to settlement.
• Manage photography, floorplans, signboards, brochures and online listings.
• Handle buyer enquiries, inspections, buyer qualification and follow-up.
• Maintain CRM records, client files and campaign notes.
• Assist with contracts, documentation, compliance and sales administration.
• Support open homes, auctions and sales events.
• Engage in prospecting, lead follow-up and local networking.
• Build relationships with buyers, vendors and the local community.
