Job summary

Capstone Recruitment is assisting a growing real estate investment manager focused on core-plus and value-add industrial assets in Sydney and Melbourne. You will own performance analysis and investor reporting for a portfolio of industrial estates.

Working directly with the founders, you will update models, explain variances, and prepare investor commentary for monthly and quarterly reports. A disciplined, collaborative approach is essential in a small team.

Qualifications

• Real estate experience essential.
• Strong Excel skills with confidence in financial models.
• Sharp attention to detail and disciplined checking.
• Clear written communication to explain numbers commercially.
• Curious, organized and keen to learn in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Update asset financial models with monthly actuals and analyse performance against budget.
• Explain material variances and update forecasts for leasing and capex changes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly investor reports with clear, insightful commentary.
• Coordinate inputs from property managers, accountants and internal colleagues.
• Support acquisition analysis, leasing and capex scenarios, budgets and business plans.
