Responsibilities

• Play with the child and provide engaging activities.
• Monitor development and report to parents.
• Ensure the child is safe and happy at all times.
• Organise the child’s clothes and wardrobe.
• Do light laundry for the child’s clothes.
• Keep the child’s room tidy and clean.
• Occasional grocery shopping for child’s supplies.

This lovely family in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire is looking for a warm and reliable part time nanny to join their family. The role will primarily focus on providing attentive care for their baby, alongside light supervision for their school aged child who is at school for most of the day. The ideal candidate will be an experienced nanny who is confident with infants and can provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for their children while seamlessly fitting into the family's daily routine. All general nanny duties are required in this role. It is also important that the nanny will prepare healthy meals and snacks for them.

A valid first-aid qualification is needed for this position.

Working hours

3 days a week, 9 am to 5 pm (Exact days TBC)

Duties include

• preparing healthy and varied meals for the child
• organising the child’s daily schedule
• cleaning and sterilising bottles
• setting up nap routine
• washing and dressing the child
• playing with the child
• taking track of the child’s development and updating the parents
• making sure the child is always safe and happy
• organising the child’s clothes
• doing laundry and ironing the child’s clothes
• making sure the child’s room is always clean
• doing occasional grocery shopping for the child’s supplies

This Cambridge based family is looking to hire in September.
