Job summary

Gap Personnel is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver in Northampton NN7 to join an established team. The role involves loading, unloading, handballing, pallet truck work, and occasional reach truck operation.

Hours are 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm on a rotational basis. Pay rates are £13.05 per hour for general warehouse duties and £14.56 per hour when operating FLT. Ongoing contract. Number of roles available: 10+.

Qualifications

• FLT license required and valid.
• Reach Truck experience preferred.
• Experience in loading/unloading and order picking.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods as part of daily duties.
• Handballing, pallet truck work, and operating PPT/LLOP systems.
• Picking orders for delivery and ensuring accurate quantities.

About the Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver role: Staff would be required to do general WH work regarding loading, unloading, handballing, pallet truck work, PPT & LLOP and picking orders for delivery. Staff would also require having FLT license and jump on Reach Truck when required.

Please note: We accept any FLT Reach license as well as expired as long as you have a copy of it along with experience.
