Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Care Assistant for our Westwood Manor development in Beverley. This part-time role offers 16 hours per week at £13.26 per hour, with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends, and on-site work at a single location.

You will support residents with daily tasks, encourage social activities, and help maintain independence and wellbeing in a warm living environment. UK sponsorship is noted where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year in UK health and social care preferred.
• Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, not essential.
• Personality: caring, dependable, passionate about supporting older adults.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily tasks including appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping.
• Assist with social activities and wellbeing routines.
