Reports to: Senior Communications, Marketing and Media Lead

Team: Communications, Marketing and Media

Contract type: 12 months fixed term contract

Hours: 5 days per week (37.5 Hours) Worked between Monday- Friday

Salary: Grade 4 £30,570 - £33,062 (5% employer pension contribution, Medicash and group life assurance, 27 days annual leave per annum for FTE plus bank holidays)

Location: Liverpool Office – Hybrid working with regular travel to programme communities and events. Some flexibility to work from home, subject to business requirements and line manager approval.

Role Summary

The Marketing and Content Officer will bring Right to Succeed's work to life through creative design, photography and film. You will create engaging, on‑brand visual assets for social media, print and digital channels, helping our audiences understand our work and see the people, partnerships and progress behind our programmes.

This is a hands‑on creative role, combining graphic design and report production with filming, photography and editing. Working with communications, marketing and programme colleagues, you will turn agreed briefs, approved copy, data and community stories into compelling materials for residents, partners, funders and wider audiences.

You will contribute ideas, maintain a consistent visual identity and deliver high-quality assets that amplify community voices and showcase the impact of our work.
