Job summary

Pennine Logistics Ltd t/a A & A Couriers is seeking self-employed Home Delivery Drivers for routes out of the Glasgow (Cumberland) Depot. You will work in small two-person crews, handling home deliveries, simple installations, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Training is provided and earnings are transparent with an incentive structure. Minimum 40 hours paid per week, with opportunities to start immediately and a Driver's Mate supplied for each route.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Confidence driving a Luton van.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with lifting and physical work.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to pass the required background checks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Delivering directly into customers' homes.
• Providing a brilliant customer experience.
• Working alongside a Driver's Mate.
• Completing selected installations.
• Using basic tools where required.
• Representing ATA North professionally on every delivery.

Looking for a new driving opportunity with great earning potential, a supportive local team and regular routes?

ATA North is growing our home delivery operation in Scotland, and we're looking for reliable, customer-focused self-employed Drivers to join us from our Glasgow (Cumberland) depot.

YOU DRIVE – WE'LL PROVIDE THE MATE!

We're primarily looking for Drivers, so you don't need to worry about finding someone to work alongside you.

We'll provide a Driver's Mate for your route.

Drivers covering AB postcode routes can receive an additional £100 incentive!

You don't need to already own a Luton van.

We can introduce you to our preferred van supplier, who can talk you through the rental options available and help you get on the road.

Van rental eligibility applies – you must be 25+ with a full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You'll work as part of a friendly two-person delivery crew, completing home deliveries and selected installations across G, EH and AB postcode areas.

YOU'LL BE:

• Completing selected installations
• Using basic tools where required
• Representing ATA North professionally on every delivery

Never completed installations before? That's okay – full training is provided!

Start times vary depending on your allocated route, generally between 5:00am and 10:30am.
