Adore Beauty Group is seeking a React Native Engineer to own Adore Beauty's mobile apps across iOS and Android, leading architecture, performance and delivery. This hands-on role drives the mobile lifecycle from feature development through testing, release management and production support.

You will partner with Product, Design and Engineering to deliver seamless shopping experiences for hundreds of thousands of customers and help shape the future of mobile at Adore Beauty.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience building and shipping React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Strong TypeScript and modern React Native development expertise.
• Native mobile development experience across Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin and Java.
• Experience managing mobile CI/CD pipelines, code signing and App Store releases.
• Excellent collaboration and mentorship across technical teams.

About the Role

As our React Native Engineer, you'll be the technical owner of Adore Beauty's mobile applications, responsible for their architecture, performance, quality and delivery. This is a hands‑on engineering role where you'll lead development across React Native and native mobile technologies while owning the complete mobile lifecycle, from architecture and feature development through to testing, release management and production support.

You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Marketing and Engineering teams to deliver seamless shopping experiences that delight our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership across the entire mobile platform, including:

• Leading the technical direction and architecture of our React Native applications.
• Developing and maintaining features across iOS and Android.
• Managing native integrations and maintaining Swift, Objective‑C, Kotlin and Java modules.
• Owning our mobile release process, including App Store and Google Play deployments.
• Monitoring application health, resolving production issues and improving performance.
• Maintaining CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks and engineering best practices.
• Driving code quality through reviews, documentation and continuous improvement.
• Partnering with Product and Design teams to deliver intuitive, high‑performing customer
• experiences.
• Contributing to sprint planning, technical estimation and roadmap discussions.
• Championing accessibility, usability and engineering excellence across the mobile platform.

About You

You'll be an experienced mobile engineer who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.

You'll bring:

• Commercial experience building and shipping React Native applications for
• both iOS and Android.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and modern React Native development.
• Solid native mobile development experience across Swift, Objective‑C, Kotlin and Java.
• Experience managing mobile CI/CD pipelines, code signing and App Store releases.
• Strong knowledge of testing, debugging, crash monitoring and production support.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non‑
• technical teams.
• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for mentoring and technical
• leadership.
