Job summary

Inter Industrial is seeking experienced Reach and Counter Balance forklift drivers for casual ongoing roles in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. Candidates must have a forklift licence with 1+ years counter balance and/or reach, strong warehouse experience, and be able to start immediately.

Responsibilities include picking/loading orders, unloading and putaways, maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness, and some manual lifting. References must be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift licence with 1+ years counter balance and/or reach (licence required)
• 2 valid working references
• Available for an immediate start
• Strong background in warehouse and distribution or production

Responsibilities

• Pick and load customer orders onto trucks with accurate product and documentation
• Unload trucks and perform putaways
• Manage product in the warehouse ensuring movement and storage follow warehouse principles and safety guidelines
• General housekeeping; maintain warehouse cleanliness

We are currently seeking experienced Reach and Counter Balance forklift drivers for casual ongoing roles located across the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.

To be considered for these roles you MUST possess the following :-

• Strong background in warehouse and distribution or production.

• Must have forklift licence with 1+ years counter balance and / or reach

• Good time management and organisational skills to be able to coordinate daily workload requirements

• Good knowledge of OH&S to ensure a safe working environment

• 2 Valid working references.

• Available for an immediate start

Your role and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-

• Pick and load customer orders onto trucks ensuring all product and documentation is accurate;

• Unloading of trucks and put aways

• Manage product in the warehouse ensuring movement and storage are carried out effectively and in line with warehouse principles and safety guidelines;

• General housekeeping; maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse
