We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Centre of Excellence Manager to build a successful RCOE HR Australia and integrate Epiroc acquisitions into a new way of working using a step-wise approach.

This role will ensure a secure, stable, and efficient delivery of recruitment, payroll, and HR admin, enabling more time for HR operations and business needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Best-in-class attracting and finding, selecting, recruiting, and onboarding talents tied to business needs, which includes the development of our social media presence, employer branding, and Compensation and Benefits.
  • Strategically and in collaboration with business and HR Ops, work to upskill and reskill Epiroc teams and employees in Australia to ensure future business needs are met, as well as catalyzing a continuous learning & development culture.
  • Deliver Best-in-class HR administration and payroll supported by automation and drive collaboration within Compensation & Benefits and Labor law in Australia together with stakeholders creating best practices within the area.
  • Using automation and digital tools, adopting simple and easy-to-use solutions with full focus on the manager and employee experience.
  • A location-neutral end-user experience, include making full use of digital communication and collaboration tools.
  • Develop and set clear and transparent KPIs and targets, focusing on quality with cost efficiency.
  • Driving continuous improvements, ensuring an AGILE work culture that is embedded in the organization.
  • Actively drive the Australia and APAC RCoE collaboration and improvements forums with HR Ops. Share learnings and contribute in the Global forums.
  • Active stakeholder management and engagement, with the business/es and within HR Australia, RCoE APAC, and globally (with Operations, Global Center of Excellence, etc.).
