Job summary

Perth Airport Pty Ltd in Australia seeks a proactive aviation professional to support safety, efficiency and continuous improvement of airfield operations. The role coordinates the Ramp Safety Committee, manages GSE allocation programs and drives operational improvement projects across the airside environment.

As part of the Airfield Operations team, you will promote a strong safety culture, handle investigations, and ensure practices align with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, airfield operations and safety principles.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of CASA standards and ICAM incident investigation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the Ramp Safety Committee with planning, communications, and actions.
• Develop airfield safety campaigns and initiatives to promote a positive safety culture.
• Support incident investigations and ensure follow-up actions are completed and documented.
• Develop and maintain Ground Support Equipment (GSE) allocation plans and related operations.
• Coordinate improvements that enhance airside safety, efficiency and service delivery.
• Lead airfield optimisation projects and manage change across the operation.
• Promote compliance, risk management and continuous improvement across airfield operations.
