Job summary

Qantas Airways is seeking a Ramp Services Officer to join Network Aviation, supporting our A320 and F100 aircraft. You will participate in loading, baggage handling, cleaning, marshalling, and other ramp duties in a fast-paced, hands-on team environment.

This role is part-time with a 7-day rotating roster across a 24-hour operation. You’ll receive on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within our safety-first culture and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in ground operations is desirable.
• The ability to work a part-time, 7-day rotating roster across a 24-hour operation.
• Only applicants who have not participated in a Ramp Services recruitment process within the past 12 months will be considered.
• Flexibility to respond to changing or off-schedule operational requirements.
• A current Australian driver’s licence with a clean driving record for more than six months.
• A strong commitment to safety and the confidence to use your initiative and work with minimal supervision.
• A reliable, positive approach and strong work ethic.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible approach and willingness to work as part of a team.
• A genuine enjoyment of working with people and delivering great customer service.
