Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking a Site Engineer to join our Rail team on the Ormeau Maintenance Facility Project on the Gold Coast. You will support project delivery through technical engineering, QA/QC, and collaboration with the project team to achieve safe, high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction engineering, familiarity with track works, and are eligible for Engineers Australia membership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering Degree required or equivalent.
• Member of Engineers Australia or eligibility is preferred.
• Minimum two years’ engineering experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee construction engineering activities to deliver safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Provide technical design interpretation, construction methods and temporary works guidance.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, manage programs and support commercial aspects.
• Administer QA/QC, ITPs and non-conformance resolution.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support safety, environmental compliance and regulatory requirements.
