Job summary

Australian Rail Track Corp. (ARTC) is seeking an Infrastructure Maintainer based in Kensington, VIC. You will perform track maintenance, safety protection, and routine inspections while operating heavy machinery and undertaking welding tasks to ARTC standards.

Role requires rail industry experience, white card, and a current manual driver’s licence; teamwork is essential. This position is based in Kensington with opportunities for flexible working options where available.

Qualifications

• Rail industry experience, specifically in track maintenance.
• Current Rail Industry Competencies.
• Construction-industry induction (white card).
• Machinery/plant operation tickets (desirable).
• Welding experience in rail/heavy industry (desirable).
• Current driver’s licence with manual vehicle experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out track maintenance and minor construction works as required.
• Perform safety protection tasks, visual inspections and routine checks.
• Operate heavy machinery and undertake welding and related maintenance tasks.
• Work collaboratively with the Operations team and adhere to ARTC standards.
