Transport for NSW, Sydney Metro, is seeking an Engineer for a temporary full-time role in Sydney, NSW. You will support design reviews for rolling stock and rail systems and coordinate engineering actions to drive safe, reliable project outcomes.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in engineering and experience across engineering design, technical review, and project coordination within rail or transport environments.

Formación

• Experience in engineering design, technical review, assurance, project coordination or delivery in rail/transport or similar complex engineering environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail to identify technical risks and elevate matters.
• Ability to plan, prioritise tasks and coordinate stakeholders while maintaining accurate records.

Responsabilidades

• Support engineering design and assurance reviews for rolling stock and rail systems, assessing specifications and interfaces.
• Coordinate technical review activities, manage actions and track RFIs and close-out actions.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors and stakeholders to identify risks and ensure safe, reliable project outcomes.
• Contribute to investigations, asset performance assessments and commissioning preparation.
