Job summary

Queensland Government is seeking an experienced Manager (Portfolio Prioritisation) to lead the Strategic Rail team, delivering integrated planning, network capability assessment and portfolio decision-support for SEQ rail investments, including Brisbane 2032 projects.

You will drive governance, risk management and resourcing while building relationships with stakeholders to align with strategic rail objectives and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Rail Engineering or related qualification required.
• Experience in portfolio/program integrated delivery planning within infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead strategic change and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Portfolio Prioritisation team and allocate resources.
• Develop prioritisation frameworks and planning tools.
• Provide strategic advice on rail delivery and optimisation.
• Oversee network capability maps and long-term planning.
