MRG is seeking a highly skilled Metal Fabricator / Structural Steel Worker to cut, shape, position and align metals, ensuring parts meet quality control standards. The role requires interpretation of workshop drawings, adherence to safety, and experience with rail-industry fabrication processes.

The ideal candidate will have structural steel experience, be proficient in MIG/ARC/TIG welding of mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel, and possess AQF certification with railway exposure to

• Experience in structural steel and light fabrication with MIG/ARC/TIG welding on various metals.
• Ability to interpret and read workshop drawings.
• AQF Certificate III or AQF Certificate IV with on-the-job training.
• Railway experience (2+ years) and strong safety awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Cut, shape, position and align different metals.
• Assemble parts and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow assembly instructions and maintain safety and reliability.
• Perform welding and related fabrication tasks as required.
• Manually handle materials and maintain accurate workmanship.
