Select Aust Sydney is seeking a Project Management Intern to help coordinate projects across supply chain, marketing, IT (ERP rollout) and logistics. The role is hands-on, cross-functional and suited for someone who enjoys variety and can manage several moving pieces while gaining end-to-end retail exposure.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically minded, with strong English and a proactive hands-on attitude.

Project Management Intern

About the Role

• We're looking for a Project Management Intern who can help coordinate and drive forward projects across four key areas of the business: supply chain, marketing, IT (including a new ERP implementation), and logistics.
• This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role suited to someone who enjoys variety, can manage several moving pieces at once, and wants exposure to how a retail business actually operates end‑to‑end — not just one narrow function.

Requirements

• Supply Chain: Support the planning, tracking, and delivery of supply chain improvement projects, working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.
• Marketing: Assist with coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, and help track and report on performance across the brands.
• IT — New ERP Implementation: Support the rollout of a new ERP system, including testing and documentation, and help track timelines and flag risks early.
• Logistics: Support projects aimed at improving delivery times, cost, and reliability, coordinating between warehouse, freight partners, and customer‑facing teams.

About You

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage your own workload across several concurrent projects.
• An analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and turning it into clear, actionable insight.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A proactive, hands‑on attitude and willingness to get involved across different parts of the business.
• Currently studying business, supply chain, engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
