Alstom in Brisbane seeks an Engineering Planner / Design Coordinator for the Sector 1 North Project, an ETCS Level 2 signalling initiative. The 2-year fixed term contract focuses on coordinating engineering activities, dashboards, and cross‑border planning between Australia and India.

You will partner with multi‑disciplinary teams, maintain deliverable registers, support contract variations, and drive on‑time delivery with strong communication and EH&S commitment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Advanced Excel for dashboards and monitoring.
• Several years of planning engineering activities.
• Familiarity with progress dashboards and action tracking.
• Excellent communication across multi-disciplinary teams.
• High attention to detail and time management.
• Commitment to EH&S and quality delivery.
• Two-year fixed-term contract.

Responsabilités

• Monitor all engineering activities for the S1N project in Australia.
• Coordinate planning between Australia and India production centres.
• Integrate software development planning with product development planning.
• Maintain dashboards of progress per streams (Interlocking, ETCS, Lab development, Integration, System).
• Support contract management with What-if assessments for variations.
• Produce deliverable register updates weekly for customer submission.
