Pacific National, Australia’s largest private rail freight operator, is seeking a Driver Trainer for our Sarina depot in Queensland. You will deliver hands-on and classroom training, assess competency, and work with supervisors to ensure safe, high-performing operations.

You will lead the development of driver training plans and mentor train crew to meet Rail Safety Worker requirements, promoting a strong safety culture across teams.

Qualifications

• Current Cert IV in Train Driving.
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver hands-on and classroom driver training.
• Assess competency and maintain records.
• Mentor train crew to meet Rail Safety Worker requirements.
• Develop individual training plans aligned to operational needs.
• Promote safety culture and knowledge sharing.
