Job summary

DT Infrastructure in Brisbane seeks a Digital Engineer to join the Rail Team to drive digital engineering across major rail projects. You will lead implementations, coordinate multi-disciplinary models, and deliver digital solutions through the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, project delivery and construction teams, with focus on model coordination, clash detection, VDC workshops and data-driven decision making in complex rail environments.

Qualifications

Experience in Digital Engineering, BIM, or spatial coordination on major civil infrastructure projects.
Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary models and ensure integration across disciplines.
Familiarity with model coordination, clash detection, and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and execution of digital engineering strategies across tender, design and construction phases of rail infrastructure projects.
Coordinate and manage federated multi-disciplinary models across civil, track, signalling, structural and services disciplines.
Facilitate clash detection and VDC workshops to resolve design interfaces and project risks.
Perform QA reviews of digital models and data to ensure compliance with requirements.
Support digital asset information management and project handover activities.
