Job summary

UGL Transport is recruiting an Asset Management Systems Engineer in NSW to oversee the lifecycle management of physical assets used in project delivery and TLS. You will coordinate asset configurations across design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and QA, ensuring reliability and long-term asset value.

Qualifications

• Asset management systems experience including lifecycle coordination.
• Ability to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to define scopes.
• Quality assurance planning and compliance to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering Manager with AM system documentation compliance.
• Review and plan works per AM system and framework.
• Ensure technical aspects align with client/internal contracts.
• Maintain Asset Performance portfolio from a project delivery perspective.
• Provide a focal point for queries from subcontractors/suppliers.
• Liaise with clients on engineering and design items to define scopes.
• Coordinate schedule issues with stakeholders.
• Prepare ITPs and job-specific procedures with Engineering Manager.
• Ensure quality requirements and adherence to procedures.
• Assist with procurement of goods and services.
