Adventist HealthCare is seeking a Casual Medical Imaging Assistant to support the Radiology and Nuclear Medicine teams at the Sydney Adventist Hospital. You will help deliver patient-focused imaging services, assist with procedures, and contribute to a smooth department operation.

The role emphasises compassionate patient care, teamwork, and adaptability within a state-of-the-art facility that performs a high volume of imaging investigations annually.

Qualifications

• Passion for Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, and commitment to ongoing tech advancement.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and initiative; ability to work independently when required.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and experience using medical software systems.
• Ability to prioritise tasks with a patient-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist imaging team to provide excellent patient care and customer service.
• Support daily running of the Radiology and Nuclear Medicine departments.
• Maintain accurate records, optimise Radiology Information System, and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
