Job summary

I-MED Radiology is seeking a Senior Diagnostic Breast Imaging Specialist for the North Sydney Mater Hospital site. You will perform comprehensive breast imaging across 3D tomosynthesis, CEM, MRI and ultrasound, and lead interventional procedures such as stereotactic biopsy and localisations.

Join a multidisciplinary team with avenues for research, teaching, and ongoing professional development in a supportive environment. Part-time or full-time arrangements are considered.

Qualifications

• Specialist registration with AHPRA and RANZCR.
• Focus on high-end breast imaging and interventional radiology.
• Experience with multidisciplinary breast care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality diagnostic breast imaging across modalities (3D tomosynthesis, CEM, MRI, ultrasound).
• Undertake interventional procedures including stereotactic biopsy, FNA, clip insertions and preoperative localisations.

Our I-MED team at Mater Hospital, North Sydney, is seeking a Senior Diagnostic Breast Imaging Specialist to join our multidisciplinary breast care team to provide high quality services to our patients, many of whom fall within a high risk demographic.

As a Senior Diagnostic Breast Imaging Specialist, you will be reporting across all relevant modalities including 3D tomosynthesis mammography, contrast enhanced mammography, MRI and ultrasound. You will also be undertaking interventional procedures including stereotactic biopsy, fine needle biopsies, clip insertions and preoperative localisations.
