Job summary

Lumus Imaging is seeking an experienced Site Lead Radiographer to establish our Golden Grove clinic and launch our community-based MRI service in South Australia.

This senior role will drive the day-to-day operations, shape workflows, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality imaging services with a strong patient focus. You will work with MRI, CT, and other modalities and engage closely with referrers and the local community.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior MRI or CT Radiographer, MRI or CT Supervisor, or Manager.
• Strong leadership experience, with confidence leading and supporting a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
• MRI radiography experience is preferred and will be highly regarded; however, senior CT Radiographers with proven leadership experience and a strong interest in MRI are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience in cardiac MRI and cardiac CT will be viewed favourably but is not mandatory.
• Confidence working autonomously while providing clear direction, support, and guidance to others.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of quality, compliance, and workplace health and safety practices.
• Tertiary qualifications in Medical Imaging as well as Certification and/or postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
• Current AHPRA registration and SA EPA Radiation Licence.

Lumus Imaging is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Lead Radiographer to play a pivotal role in establishing our brand-new Golden Grove clinic and launching our first community-based MRI service in South Australia.

This is a rare and exciting career opportunity for a senior radiographer to lead and help shape a new service from the ground up. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by contributing to the development of a state-of-the-art imaging clinic, establishing workflows and service foundations, and helping build the culture that will support the clinic’s long-term success.

We are particularly seeking an experienced MRI Radiographer, ideally with leadership capability, to support the successful launch and growth of this new community-based MRI service. About the Role

As Site Lead Radiographer, you will:

• Lead and support the day-to-day operations of a new imaging clinic.

• Work with advanced imaging technology including MRI, Cardiac MRI, CT, Cardiac CT, General X-ray, Bone Density and Ultrasound services.
• Collaborate closely with specialist referrers, local GPs, the community and other stakeholders located nearby.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience as a Senior MRI or CT Radiographer, MRI or CT Supervisor, or Manager.
• Strong leadership experience, with confidence leading and supporting a team.
