Job summary

Lumus Imaging is seeking a skilled MRI Radiographer to join our team at the Frenchs Forest practice. You will perform MRI across diverse anatomical areas, operate with independence, and contribute to high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

The role offers opportunities to expand skills across modalities within a supportive, patient-focused environment and may suit candidates considering relocation to the New South Wales coast.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MRI Radiographer.
• University qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology with current AHPRA registration and a radiation license.
• Knowledge of WHS practices and vaccinations is preferred.

Newly opened in 2025, the Frenchs Forest practice is light, modern and welcoming, offering a wide range of imaging modalities on some of the latest equipment.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Proven experience as an MRI Radiographer; Siemens experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Comfortable performing MRI on a wide range of anatomical areas, including cannulation and post contrast imaging.
• Ability to conduct CT and General X-ray examinations is appealing but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with good time management skills.
• University qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology, along with current AHPRA registration and a radiation license.
• Any further formal education in MRI (University or ASMIRT Level 1/2) highly regarded but not essential.
• Knowledge of WHS practices and up-to-date vaccinations, including the flu shot.
• A valid driver’s license.
