Job summary

Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is seeking a Radiographer (Breast Imaging) for a part-time role across SA. You will deliver high-quality mammography screening across metropolitan clinics, supporting early breast cancer detection while ensuring patient-centred care.

Working in a multidisciplinary radiography team, you will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver safe services and quality outcomes for the South Australian community.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised Diagnostic Radiography qualification and registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia.
• Experience in general radiography and quality assurance processes.
• Empathy and strong communication with diverse client needs.
• Ability to manage priorities in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide mammography screening across metropolitan clinics.
• Collaborate with radiography and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, person-centred care.
• Deliver high-quality, efficient mammography services and support early detection of breast cancer.
• Engage with CALHN and other stakeholders to support a trusted screening program.

About the role

Join BreastScreen SA as a Radiographer (Breast Imaging) and use your expertise to make a meaningful contribution to women's health. You'll provide high-quality, efficient mammography screening services across metropolitan clinics, helping deliver a positive and professional experience for clients while supporting the early detection of breast cancer.

Working as part of a skilled radiography and multidisciplinary team, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues, clients and service providers to deliver safe, person-centred care. You'll also build effective relationships with CALHN and other government and non-government stakeholders, contributing to a trusted screening service focused on quality outcomes for the South Australian community.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong radiography expertise, a client-focused approach and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.

You will:

• Hold a recognised Diagnostic Radiography qualification and registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia
