Job summary

Lumus Imaging is seeking a General Radiographer for a casual role based in the Sutherland Shire. You will perform general X-ray procedures across clinic and hospital sites, ensuring patient comfort and safety while delivering timely results.

You will collaborate with radiologists and colleagues, maintain equipment and uphold radiation safety standards, and contribute to a supportive team across multiple sites within the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Medical Radiation Science with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in general radiography.
• Patient-first approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative team player willing to work across clinic and hospital sites.
• Genuine interest in growing skills within a supportive network.

About the role

As a General Radiographer with Lumus Imaging based in the Sutherland Shire, you'll perform scans with the added variety of working across clinic and hospital sites. Your day will include:

• Performing general x-rays, to a high clinical standard
• Ensuring patient comfort, safety and dignity throughout every examination
• Working closely with radiologists, referrers and fellow radiographers to deliver accurate, timely results
• Maintaining equipment and adhering to radiation safety and quality standards
• Supporting a positive, collaborative team environment across clinic and hospital settings

About you

• Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Radiation Science) or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration
• Experience in general radiography
• A patient-first approach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative team player who's happy to work flexibly across clinic and hospital sites
• A genuine interest in growing your skills and career within a supportive network
