Job summary

Lumus Imaging in Australia is seeking a Radiographer to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging across Dapto and Corrimal sites, with an opportunity to join the new Wollongong site as it opens. You will perform general X-ray exams and provide patient-centered care in a supportive team.

You will work with radiologists and referrers, adhere to safety protocols, and take up modality training to broaden your practice across multiple sites as Lumus Imaging expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with current AHPRA registration or eligible.
• General radiography experience required; extra modalities valued.
• Patient-first approach and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

About the role

As a Radiographer with Lumus Imaging, you'll deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging across our Dapto and Corrimal sites now, with the opportunity to move into our brand new, comprehensive Wollongong site once it opens. Your day will include:

• Performing general X-ray examinations to a high clinical standard
• Delivering a positive, reassuring patient experience with care and professionalism
• Working closely with radiologists, referrers and fellow radiographers across sites
• Adhering to radiation safety, quality and infection control standards
• Taking up modality training opportunities to broaden your scope of practice as our new site comes online

About you

• Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Radiation Science) or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration (or equivalent eligibility)
• General radiography experience is required; experience across additional modalities is highly regarded but not essential
• A patient-first approach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative team player, happy to work flexibly across Dapto, Corrimal and the new Wollongong site
• A genuine interest in growing your skills through modality training as the new site develops
