Job summary

Qscan Radiology Clinics in Carindale, Brisbane, is seeking an MRI Radiographer for a permanent part-time position. The role involves MRI/CT and general X-ray imaging, delivering patient-centred care, and working within a skilled team across multiple sites.

Applicants should have at least 2 years MRI experience, current AHPRA registration with Radiation Use Licence, a Medical Imaging qualification, and full working rights in Australia. Flexibility to work Wednesdays and Fridays is required.

What’s the role?
We are seeking an MRIRadiographer to join our Carindale clinic on a permanent part-time basis and must be able to workWednesday and Fridays.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced MRI Radiographer. Previous experience in other areas is also highly regarded. Working with an experienced team of 10 MRI Radiographers, on a fleet of 6 magnets (both 3T and 1.5T) from Victoria Point, Cleveland and Wynnum in the Redlands across to Carindale and Annerley and Goodna to the west.
Can accommodate experienced candidates with a primary location that best suits them provided there is flexibility to work across other sites. Happy to be flexible and consider full-time or part-time (although part-time days must include Wednesdays and Fridays).
Clinical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing a range of diagnostic imaging examinations including MRI/CT and general X-ray
• Delivering compassionate patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and confidentiality
• Interpreting imaging requests and performing procedures in line with legislation and protocols
• Maintaining high standards of image quality and radiation safety
• Contributing to a collaborative and patient-focused team environment
