Job summary

Qscan Toowong is seeking an experienced MRI Radiographer to join our permanent full-time team in Brisbane's inner-west. You will perform a broad range of MRI examinations across MSK, neuro and body imaging within a busy, patient-centred environment, leveraging advanced MRI technology.

The role requires current AHPRA registration with Radiation Use Licence and 1–2 years MRI experience. CT and General X-ray exposure are highly regarded, with opportunities for cross-platform training and career

• Relevant qualifications in Medical Imaging.
• Current AHPRA registration and Radiation Use Licence.
• MRI experience (1–2 years highly desirable).
• Experience with a range of systems highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of MRI examinations across MSK, neuro, and body imaging.
• Deliver patient care with emphasis on MRI safety and image quality.
• Manage workflow in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Work across multiple platforms with cross-vendor training.

About the role?

We are seeking an experiencedMRI Radiographerto join our Toowong team on a permanent full-time basis.

This role is ideal for a qualified Radiographer with MRI experience who enjoys working in a busy, patient-focused environment and is looking to further develop their skills using advanced MRI technology. Experience in CT and General X-ray will be highly regarded.

As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll perform a diverse range of MRI examinations while contributing to outstanding clinical outcomes and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

• Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of MRI safety and image quality
• Effectively manage workflow in a fast‑paced clinical environment

• Collaborate closely with radiologists, nursing staff, clinical assistants, and fellow radiographers

• Relevant qualifications in Medical Imaging
• Current AHPRA registration and Radiation Use Licence
• MRI experience (1–2 years highly desirable)

• Strong knowledge of MRI safety principles and scanning protocols
• Experience performing a range of MRI examinations including MSK, neuro, and body imaging
• CT and/or General X-ray experience highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
