IKEA is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Specialist (Record to Report) to oversee month-end close processes, intercompany activity, and asset/payroll accounting in a busy retail environment. You will support audits, ensure internal controls, and contribute to IFRS/local reporting aligned with group policies.

Qualifications

• Holding tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Holding a CPA or CA qualification.
• Experience in managing financial processes and reporting in a complex retail or commercial environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
• SAP S/4HANA and Power BI experience is desirable.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships with stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
• Motivated to drive continuous improvement and contribute to finance transformation initiatives.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business setting.

Responsabilités

• Carry out month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and transactions processing.
• Manage fixed asset accounting and payroll accounting.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
• Ensure internal controls and audit standards are followed.
• Prepare financial reporting aligned with INGKA Group policies, IFRS and local standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data integrity.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data-flow issues.
• Lead or participate in finance transformation projects to improve R2R efficiency.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
