Job summary

Heidelberg Materials operates East Guyong Quarry in New South Wales, seeking an experienced Quarry Supervisor to oversee daily operations, safety, and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of drilling, blasting, and rock processing, plus a valid license and heavy equipment certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quarry supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of quarrying techniques and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and heavy equipment certifications.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all quarry operations including drilling, blasting, excavation, crushing, and screening.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop production plans to meet output targets and quality specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and arrange maintenance and repairs.
