QUARRY OPERATORS/ LABOURERS - GOOGONG NSW

Salary: AUD0 - AUD39.55 per hour

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking reliable and safety-conscious Quarry Labourers to join our team at a busy quarry site in Googong NSW. This hands-on role involves a variety of manual tasks and equipment operation in a heavy-duty outdoor environment.

About the Role

You will play a vital part in supporting daily quarry operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and preparing work sites
  • Operating tools and equipment
  • Assisting and operation of excavation and digging machinery
  • Supporting construction, tunnel, shaft, and demolition-related tasks
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free worksite

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in construction, quarrying, or heavy labouring environments
  • Experience operating excavation or digging equipment (desirable)
  • Physically fit and capable of undertaking demanding manual tasks
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to follow site procedures
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential)

Compliance Requirements

  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
  • National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Driving record check

  • Familiarity with small plant, machinery, or survey equipment
