You will manage day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement, lead a team, and maintain a strong safety culture. A relevant qualification and proven leadership in a quarry setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced quarry manager/supervisor with relevant industry qualifications.
• Ability to support continuous improvement across Supply Chain to improve performance.
• Strong leadership with a track record of delivering transformational change in a complex environment.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with stakeholders at multiple levels.
