Heidelberg Materials Group is seeking a Quarry Manager for the Moama Sand operation in New South Wales, Australia. You will lead a small team, operate and supervise mobile plant and processing activities, and ensure safe, efficient production.

You will manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and support sales growth through customer relationships. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong safety culture, and a commitment to regulatory compliance in a heavy industrial environment.

## Quarry Manager – Moama Sand## Lead. Inspire. Deliver.## Are you an experienced leader with a passion for quarry operations, safety, customer service, and continuous improvement? We are seeking a dynamic Quarry Manager to lead our Moama Sand operation and drive operational excellence across all aspects of the business.## Reporting to the Area Manager, you will have full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the quarry. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work as part of a small team, leading by example through the operation of mobile plant and processing equipment while overseeing daily site activities.## This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved in the operation, developing and mentoring a small team, and taking ownership of site performance.
