Applicants should hold Honours/Master’s in a quantitative field, and demonstrate Python data processing expertise, with C++ knowledge a plus. Visa sponsorship and relocation may be provided.

Qualifications

• Honours or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics.
• Solid analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent logical reasoning.
• Strong communication in a fast‑paced and/or highly collaborative environment.
• Experience writing code to process and analyze large data sets, especially in Python.
• Experience in C++ or other low level programming languages is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in strategic games and/or competitive activities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate ideas by immersing in market data and applying techniques from mathematics, statistics, and programming.
• Backtest trading signals to assess performance and robustness.
• Collaborate with technologists and traders to deploy signals into production.
• Monitor real-time performance of deployed strategies in the markets.
• Discuss results with researchers, strategists, and traders to brainstorm improvements.
