Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in Mathematics, Physics, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong mathematical, statistical, programming, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial or quantitative research experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop alpha signals with statistical validation.
• Read, digest, and implement research papers efficiently.
• Develop reusable research tools to speed up research.
• Write clean, production-quality Python code.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
• Turn raw datasets into clean inputs for global equities alpha research.
